I was a walk-in 9 months ago. It was just conveniently close. I liked the haircut. The next time I got online and I thought they showed me which hair cutters were in and I thought they allowed me to select one. The previous cutter wasn’t in, so I took another one. But since then I haven’t seen anything on their website that shows what haircutters are in. I thought the online access was a great feature, but only if I could select the cutter. I didn’t like the haircut I got from the last random cutter, so I want to be sure that I can select one of the hair cutters who’s cuts I’ve liked.

I came here and ask for Ashley. She said she’d be right with me. Waited for 45 minutes went in and checked and I still have an hour and 55 minute wait. It would have been nice to know instead of losing two and a half hours. Came back, they put me next available on Deck, then it went back to 15 minutes waiting. Not good service at all.
