I was just in there on Thursday and got a haircut and eyebrows waxed. First , my haircut was not even close to what I asked for, it’s uneven and zero actual layers. Now I’ve had layers before and what she didn’t isn’t that. It’s it’s cut down into a triangular shape , my fiancé pointed out that there is some cut way up high on my head. I’m extremely upset as I am very picky and self conscious as I already have thinning issues. The eyebrow waxed looks good though. The girl who did my hair never told me her name. I will never return to any fanastic sams at all. I’d ask for a refund but I doubt I’d get one. * note my hair was down to my butt and I asked that only the split and dead or dry parts be cut off , she informed me it was about 4 inches, instead it’s at the middle of my back about 8 inches up.

My daughter had her first eyebrow waxing done here today, first time in this place. Remodel looks so great. Friendly staff. We had about a 45 minute wait so went to target and came back and a few minutes later we were in and out. Great first experience.

I got my hair done on September 3rd. I got bangs. The stylist did not check if Iiked the shape and how much hair was being cut before chopping it off. I’m very picky about my hair, and I did not appreciate that.
