Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI just got an incomplete haircut from this place which was, on my part, and I admit, my fault for leaving. The problem was that I did not like it. The girl did not know how to fade or blend and the girl who was assisting my hair stylist was incredibly rude and dissmissive of me. I felt that I had to protect what little hair I had left so, I left. I regret not giving her the chance to fix her mistake, but I’m not going to let someone who is rude and frustrated with my hair continue to cut it. All I wanted was curtain bangs and a light taper, the girl who needed help did not communicate with the girl assisting what I wanted, she made assumptions, then said it was not her fault for not knowing what I wanted. I understand that my hair is really straight and difficult to cut, how can I let someone continue to damage and destroy the visual aesthetic that I was going for? Then the manager called me and told me to never come back, logically I don’t think anyone would ever comeback. This was just my experience, but In my own opinion, I would save your money and go to a place that knows how to cut hair, where the employees are not rude. I just got an incomplete haircut from this place which was, on my part, and I admit, my fault for leaving. The problem was that I did not like it. The girl did not know how to fade or blend and the girl who was assisting my hair stylist was incredibly rude and dissmissive of me. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at this Sport Clips in the 3 years I’ve been going there. All the staff is friendly, and I’ve been happy with the cuts every time but once (1st cut post-covid, I ended up with a few missed hairs on the sides, working around the mask — was an easy fix at home — just something to be aware of to check before you leave).
