RUINED MY HAIR! I went in for full highlights and a curly cut and she gave me an uneven, sloppy haircut and she fried my hair with the bleach. I cannot even brush my hair it’s so damaged and it’s so bad to the point it’s gummy, stringy, and stretchy. She let me leave the salon with red roots and dry brittle hair. And she charged me $90 extra for “color fees” for the toner and excess bleach that ruined my hair. In total I paid a little over $300 FOR HIGHLIGHTS AND A CUT! THAT IS RIDICULOUS! When I asked for a partial refund she denied and said I could only be refunded my tip. I 100% believe she took advantage of me because I told her i’m only 16. I ended up having to pay someone else to get my hair back to brown. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Don’t go to her if you care about your hair…

I walked out with healthier curls and a better shape that helped my overall volume. The salon is in a very private, relaxed setting that is very personable and unique to each stylist.
