Worst experience with a hair salon in my entire life. My appointment was booked for 2:30pm and I left the salon at 9:00pm. There’s no reason any client should be in a salon for a total of 7 hours for their hair to be styled. 5 or 6 people who entered after me got their hair finished before I did. Tracey was talking about how my hair was nice and how it would be easy to finish, that was around 4:00pm. I understand that the stylist has to rotate clients to try and get them out as quick as possible. Its just not fair that clients who booked for a later time get priority. I was the last client in the salon, I did not receive any compensation. Would not recommend going.

An appointment was booked for my child to get her hair done the owner $55 to test out a strand and told us that her hair was damaged and she could not get her hair dyed the color that she wanted and it wouldn’t take.Well we went to someone else and got her hair dyed and there was absolutely nothing wrong with her hair and the color took completely I am super disappointed that she almost destroyed my daughter’s birthday. I’m disappointed that she felt the need to lie and tell us that the color wouldn’t take when she could have just been honest and said she didn’t want to do her hair but then the charge somebody $55 to do a test on one strand. Smh

This is my second visit there and I have to say I love it. Crystal is always very professional and she gives wonderful advice. She made the transition to natural hair so easy for me. The shop is clean and well taken care of and I always feel welcome. I have already recommended this salon to others and I am looking forward to going back for my next cut.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueCrystal is awesome!! She did my big chop and added color to my hair. I’ve never done either before so I was kind of nervous about how it would turn out and how I would look. But she did an AMAZING job!! I absolutely love my hair!! Also, the environment is great and very safe especially during this time. Everyone is so friendly!

As I sat watched serval styles come out great! When I was getting my hair shampooed got a wonderful head massage! Came in with long hair and got a Beautifully cut style!
