I had an appointment with Gabrielle. I scheduled for dip tips and design but she immediately said, “I’m not going to put you through all of that.” So she continued to say I can do this Aries gelex or something like that. I asked how long is it gonna last. She responded three weeks. Long story short I agreed thinking it was better. I’m not familiar with all techniques and terms. The first day one nail popped off. Second day another popped off. To be honest they look like press on nails. A fancy name for press on nails. Now looking back I feel like she did less than what I originally asked for because of the time involved or maybe she couldn’t do the work asked. Either way, I’m disappointed.

I loved the “experience” that is Spoil Me! The massage chairs were heavenly and customer service was the same. Since I’m new to the nail experience, my only complaint would be not knowing the difference in regular polish and gel pricing. I know they’re online, but I would have liked if Raven had reminded me lol. I’ll be back!

The people here are overall friendly. Its a cute nail salon. But when you call the number, the owner is unprofessional, she doesn’t have a professional greeting, You don’t’ know if you are calling a personal cellphone or business. I had nail sculpting done, and my nail came off after 8 days, I spent $40 dollars. Its unacceptable for an entire nail to come off. I spoke with the owner and she was trying to say it was basically my fault, and she was not apologetic nor did she offer to fix the ONE nail.
