Critical: Professionalism, QualityI had sisterlocks installed by Sharon and initially she seemed professional and knowledgeable about the installation and care but as time went on I noticed that I was having a lot of issues which are common when locks are forming as they should, she reassured me this was normal and eventually became upset when I kept pursuing the issue leaving me no choice but to leave after numerous appointments, time, stress and spending over a thousand dollars . (Her prices are not comparable to the market) Thank God I found a wonderful Loctician who confirmed all my concerns were valid and my locs were not installed correctly or being repaired or groomed as they should have been . Costing me the price of an install to fix what Sharon messed up. It took me a long time to write this review because I was so hurt and angry initially that it made me sick to dwell on the situation . Sharon please get more training before causing someone else this trauma. Brought my Fiancé here for his dread retwist with Terri and he could not be more satisfied. The appointment was very timely, and quoted me before she started. Immediately she began working on him. He said she was really attentive to his hair and faster than anyone else hes gone to in 4 years (literally half the time).
