Came aug 23 for a gell fill in but with white tip. I don’t even know the girls name who did my nails but didn’t say one word to me the entire time! I wanted the white dip powder because it lasts longer than the polish. I said 3 different times while she was painting them that I wanted the powder and she never acknowledged me. My gel polish started to chip the next day and I went back that fri to get it fixed. I do know they use brands ive never heard of and seem like cheap brands. Ive been doing gel polish for over 4 yrs and have never had any issues. Paying 70$ for a gel fill with white tips is ridiculously expensive and especially for low quality work. If I could give zero I would. Don’t waste your money or time here

This is my second time trying Paris Nails since I moved to the Brighton neighborhood and both times I have not been happy with the outcome of my nails. My first visit was for a pedicure and the original gel polish I picked out was apparently old and wasn’t applying properly so the technician had to start over and find me a new color which ended up having to consist of two polishes to match what I had been looking for. Ultimately it did not come out to my expectations and the quality was okay. Months later I thought to give another shot and saw a different technician. This woman barely painted to my cuticles and it hasn’t even been two weeks with the gel nails and they’re all chipped and look horrible. I’ve been many places where a gel nail polish lasts at least two weeks looking fresh. Super disappointed. I don’t think I will be returning. Pic attached is nails after 12 days.

Decided to give this place a try after a colleague recommended it to me. I had a great experience! I got a gel mani done by Susie, and she was so quick yet meticulous. I have really bad cuticles, but she cleaned them up so well. Also, I asked for her recommendation on a shade of red, and she just grabbed and went (fyi: loved the shade). We didn’t talk much it was a quick hour! Thank you will come back again 🙂

This place is absolute trash, I do not recommend it. I went in to get my nails done and left with thick, horribly filed nails… that took two hours.. you would think taking that much time would leave you with perfect nails but that is not the case. I went back in to let the manager know I did not like my nails and if he could fix two of them but he refused and said they look fine? Absolutely disgusting. This place is money hungry. Don’t waste your time. Ghetto.

I have always got what I asked for , and reading above comments yes sometimes they do rush u but at same time I feel like people would complain if too slow… However I agree they do go fast. But they always recognize me and greet me with a smile ask I am and the kids are… as far as the women who posted that they painted her nails and barely got the cuticle that was straight click bait… I am sorry but NO SHOP gonna do that.. looks like u need a fill (gel or acrylic)… but they are extremely clean the atmosphere is beautiful and truly makes u feel like at a spa… the owner occasionally will even change one of the like 4 or 5 flat screens to something I want to watch (just food network nothing crazy) . I have been going there for years and give them a In my book

Can someone please explain to me how this place got more then one star? My gel manicure lasted two days before the whole thing started chipping off including one mail completely coming off …when I came back to get it fixed they acted rude and bothered and didn’t want to fix all of them please don’t waste your money and time here. Loved the nail shop very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. The lady that did my nails was supper nice. I didn’t like that unlike other shops they didn’t have all the shellac colors with the matching nail polish.

when i walked in i thought it was very professional but when i was getting my nails done a lady walked in complaining that her bright pink gel nail polish tuned yellow they said this happened all the time and they redid her nails. i don’t know if she had to pay for them or not but the lady who did my nails was very kind to me.

The best nail salon HANDS DOWN! I see the way they treat difficult customers and admire their patience. Their work is always perfect and I never want to go any where else. Lee is my favorite artist there. His stiletto acrylics he does for me is always perfect. He also is a perfectionist which I love! Lol. All these bad reviews blew my mind so I had to write a review. Be communicative with your artist on what u want and you will get exactly what you want.
