You clearly need to be from Santa Ana to know how long it’s been up there and the price has changed. Always ask for price before going in so confident. Anyways Kevin is the best I’ve been going for years now he’s always asking about my boyfriend and family that goes get their nails done with him too he’s very kind and I love getting pedicure with them I got mine done couple of weeks ago and no chips of nail polish or cracks still amazing! I’ve seen a lot of reviews about the sign that’s up there saying a certain price. You clearly need to be from Santa Ana to know how long it’s been up there and the price has changed. Always ask for price before going in so confident. Anyways Kevin is the best I’ve been going for years now he’s always asking about my boyfriend and family that goes get their nails done with him too he’s very kind and I love getting pedicure with them I got mine done couple of weeks ago and no chips of nail polish or cracks still amazing! BEWARE… After Kevin removed my acrylic nails, he did it so roughly that he ended up pulling off a piece of my real nail right in the center. He was mad at me yelling at me saying I wasted his time just because I told him that he could not proceed with adding the powder and acrylic over the open cut because I might get it infected. I was flabbergasted I could not believe he tried to reverse it at me as if it was my fault. I am proceeding with reporting and complaining to the Better Business Bureau BBB. We need to all report his business here if you’ve had similar complaints

Critical: ProfessionalismNEVER EVER AGAIN! I went here because they had a sign outside saying it was $14 for a full set so I very confident sat down and did my nails did not ask for anything special other than gel color I did not ask for any special shape .. The man did a great job however when it was time to pay they said it was $37 when I asked what about the special? Kevin mentioned that it is $14 for the full set plus $17 for gel +6 dollars for the length of my nails!! Incredible! I understand that a lot of small businesses are suffering the causes of this pandemic but so are normal hard-working people like me and others who just wanted to treat themselves and end up paying more than what they are supposed to. It was my first time going here. I asked for metalic/chromed on acrylic and the lady said $30. She did not put on the acrylics and just did the gel chrome and still charged me $30. They ate very detail oriented but very slow. I was here for about an hour just getting my nails gelled. I would not return.

Horrible experience, rude staff, didn’t do my nails how I ask him too. He wanted to charge me extra when I told him he didn’t do my nails like the picture I showed him twice. Not very clean place. Not even sure if they auto clave instruments they use for pedicure. I saw them just scrubbing them. I got my nails done on Friday by Saturday nail polish was peeling off. Never going there again. I would give them no star if I was able too

Prices are Reasonable. Paid $25 for Full set gel White tips. Unfortunately the Lady doing my nails said she couldn’t create the design I wanted which was the Puerto Rico flag.
