If you want something other than what you asked for, definitely go here so they can mess your hair up completely. I had LONG hair and was nervous to cut it off. I asked for a long, a-line, layered bob with the front being shoulder length. I got a straight, chin-length bob with layers that make my head look like a pine cone. Shannon completely butchered my hair. I went home and cried. I will never go back.
