Such an amazing experience!! I was waxing consistently for 4 years due to painful ingrown hairs and razor bumps. When I came across light touch laser spa, their team carefully explained how laser hair removal works and how it could benefit someone like me, and that is exactly what their services did. After completing the treatments I now never get ingrown hairs, never experience razor burns, and have extremely minor hair growth, which can easily be shaved off if desired leaving me with no irritation. Just wanted to preface this review by saying I have had laser hair removal many times before and am not new to this. Additionally I am very particular when it comes to skincare including reapplying my sunscreen every two hours even when I’m inside. Light Touch has been the worst experience by far too the point where they burned my skin and are trying to blame me for it saying I went out in the sun. I work a 9-5 office job and don’t participate any any after hour extracurriculars that takes place outside. So I’m not sure what sun exposure they’re talking about other than simply existing. Needless to say, I do not feel comfortable returning to light touch laser and when I told them this they offered a partial refund. However, they never gave the bank credits to issue said refund. when I told them this, they ghosted me and I, till this day have not heard back from them.
