First time at Spavia. It was such a great and relaxing experience from start to finish. The ladies at the front desk were kind and explained everything very well. I loved all the amenities they provided. I booked a wax with Nicole, she was so sweet and the wax was PAINLESS. I will be coming back to get waxed by her again and to try out facials/massages. I definitely recommend Spavia Sparta and Nicole to those interested!!!

Went to Spavia for a Brazilian wax. The spa facility is very nice. The staff is amazing. Nicole did an amazing job. She made me feel very comfortable. It was the least painful Brazilian I ever had. Definitely returning.

My girlfriend and I were in need for some R&R so I booked us a facial and body scrub service. While the environment was very relaxing and the staff was friendly, the services were sub par. I laid on the table thinking to myself, “Is this really the body scrub?..” The facial was nothing I couldn’t do for myself at home. Sadly won’t be returning.

Disgusting and unsanitary spa. I went here for a facial and the next day I had a horrible eye infection due to unsterilized equipment. Stay far away from the place. I’m surprised the board of health hasn’t shut them down yet. The owner Leslie is extremely rude as well as her lower level management. They did nothing to solve this issue, except giving me a refund after demanding it for several days. Avoid this place all together and just go to Sojo spa club, it’s MUCH cleaner and nicer than Spavia and they actually care about their client’s health.

I won’t be finding out if they’re any good because the customer service is disgusting. I came down with a fever a few hours before my appointment and called to cancel. The receptionist had to give the call to her manager after I told her I have a fever and need to cancel – so that she could tell me that they will waive the cancelation fee this time, especially since it’s my first time scheduling with them and I’m “feeling under the weather,” but that in the future they would have to charge me. I said Okay thank you, but just to clarify, if I come down with a fever a few hours before an appointment in the future, you will have to charge me? And she said Yes those are the rules. Lol, I’ve worked in customer service for too long to accept such a low class level of it, especially in this area. Everyone has a 24 hr cancelation policy, but I’ve never known one to not understand that people can’t help if they come down with strep throat, or covid for that matter, within 24 hrs of their appointment. I’ve never seen such a lack of common sense. What they’re saying is to come in even if you have a fever and are sick, because they just want your money and don’t care about their staff or their customers…in which case, I’m filing a health and safety concern with the state ✌ .

I’ve been going to spavia for years, I have mixed feelings. I found someone I liked, saw her a few times. Then she left. So again, saw a few different people and didn’t like them. Then I finally found someone there that I LOVED getting massages from. She’s on early maternity leave. She was great! Most of the stars are for her and the front desk staff.
