I have tried calling numerous times for help with a gift card that was purchased online & sent to me by a friend . I am unable to figure out the remaining balance on it & it has disappeared out of my emails , every time I call their first response is “we can’t help since it was bought online” & after arguing with them they finally give the second response of “we’ll reach out to corporate for you & give you a call back” which no one ever does .

Spavia took my last dollar today and never going there again. Hard to schedule. Didnt get my credits that was promised for my last massage after I canceled my membership when I scheduled with the previous manager. Massage today was good, but can get a good massage for less. More angry they didnt give me my promised credit after cancelling and trying to reschedule.

FIRST TIMER: An amazing first experience! Staff is so welcoming and helped me learn how things flow there. If you’re uncertain what services to book though, don’t book online. Call them and ask instead. I’m new at this and booked a skin treatment instead of a massage. Ha! It was still wonderful!
