Critical: QualityI have never left a review before but beware this was the worse experience I’ve ever had. To start out I’m explaining what I want he has already started cutting not listening at all. The noise of the clippers with the vacuum was ridiculous. He used clippers the whole time and when he did around my ears it hurt for hours due to the metal he was raking against my head the back wasn’t even shaved on my neck it was in even. Didn’t even clip the top at all . Asked if it looked good at this point I just paid and left he never even showed me the back of my hair. This was by far the worse haircut/ lack of cut I’ve ever had and I’m 45 years old . Great place. Saturday morning walked right in and sat down. Listened to the old guys talk and felt like I was transported back in time. Back when things were simple. Great customer service and friendly staff. I went in for a beard trim but I’ll be bringing my two young boys back for haircuts.

First off, those of you complaining are probably the people who simply like to gripe. This business has not been one of, if not the longest running businesses in Pearland by chance. Your kid who you had such a horrific experience at a barber shop…. probably should hang 10 and move to California. As you should follow. This babrber shop not only shows excellent service… but also does a great job for the price. Thanks for all the great cuts… as I will be returning each and every time.

For as long as I can remember I have taken my son to Cool Cuts for his haircuts. Being a child with sensitivity to loud noises, it was always a struggle to get his hair cut because he would begin to scream, cry, and immediately want to be done at the first sound of a blow dryer or clippers. Just recently we figured out how to calm him down during haircuts which helped a bit so it went smoother. As soon as we figured out what worked, or place closed for business. Since cool cuts closed we have struggled with getting his hair done. Ms. Tiara was the absolute greatest but it’s hard to coordinate a time that works for everyone.
