We had a terrible experience here. The people were plenty friendly, but that was about the only positive. The negatives include one of our pedicures with no rasp due to a strange miscommunication, the other pedicure with one toe trimmed way too far back and another with a very sharp edge that was missed, and one of the manicures with very little work done on the nails – on the other manicure the gel polish was super thick, pushed all the way out to the skin and burned as it cured under the UV, multiple nails that popped off after only a few days, and really bad nail damage (see photo) that was revealed after the fact. If it was possible to give zero stars then we would.

Let me start with customer Exquisite! Super friendly very kind people didn’t rush the service nor did they try to pressure anything that I didn’t want to buy! I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman who painted my toes but he was great and Michael who did my nails super awesome job even with my short nail bed he did amazing and the price was awesome!! Forgot 2 of my nails untill he got ready to do the paint.. to interested in his phone. The first lady rushed removing my nail polish and missed allot. The first time I came here, the salon was empty and they were very attentive and did a great job. When I came back for a second time, they rushed through. Less than a week later, 3 nails had popped off. With tip, I spent $65 on these nails. I expect them to last longer than a week.
