Just browsing in the store. Negotiated a great deal on a floor model. They delivered in 3 days. Took away old tub. Even helped us with plywood for our deck which needed reconfigured for new tub. Customer service was awesome from start to finish. Highly recommended! !! Thanks guys! !

This is GREAT place for ALL your Hot Tub Supplies. Steve , Jerry and Mike are very knowledgeable and experienced and helpful. I would Highly recommend them to anyone. Friends gave us a 20 year old Blue Ridge hot tub last year. Blue Ridge is not longer in business but Jerry and Steve at Spa Warehouse have been awesome at answering my questions and knowing exactly what I am talking about, despite the tub being so old and the manufacturer out of business. They even had a “new” exact replacement topside control for my 20 year old Blue Ridge spa!

Drove from out of state to check out the used inventory advertised on website. Gentlemen working was extremely arrogant and made many rude comments. No new or used inventory available, was told if we buy a used one elsewhere, “don’t call me to work on it.” We are ready to purchase immediately, but will not even consider giving them our business.
