I came in to have my arm hair sugared for the first time, and Nicole was incredible at walking me through what to expect and making sure I wasn’t in any undue pain the whole time. She also took the time to talk to me about general skin care routines, and even assisted with guiding me as to which of their products would be best for my skin and making sure I wouldn’t have to deal with ingrown hairs as my arm hair grew back. Staff is amazing here! I came in to have my arm hair sugared for the first time, and Nicole was incredible at walking me through what to expect and making sure I wasn’t in any undue pain the whole time. She also took the time to talk to me about general skin care routines, and even assisted with guiding me as to which of their products would be best for my skin and making sure I wouldn’t have to deal with ingrown hairs as my arm hair grew back. Positive: QualityI walked into Spa Riviera and was instantly greeted by the enthusiastic and friendly staff. Nicole, my aesthetician walked me to my room and explained what I should do to get ready for my brazilian. She made sure I knew I had privacy and let me know what knock she would use before entering the room again. While she was waxing me, she did regular check ins to make sure I was comfortable. She was very enjoyable and warm to be around. She was easy to joke with and let me guide the conversation during the process. She explained exactly what I needed to know about aftercare and took extra time to tweeze areas she could not get with the wax so I can have the smoothest finish possible.After the sugaring, I had a facial with the same aesthetician. She gave me the option of staying in the room or moving to another. I chose to stay in the same room and she made sure the it was clean and sterilized before setting up. I liked the convenience of having a wax and facial in the same area. The music and environment were very relaxing. Nicole made sure to ask questions about my skin before starting and explained each step of the facial. She gave me very comprehensive information about how each treatment would affect my skin and why she was using each product. I left knowing so much about my skin and Its never felt better!!! I have never had any skin treatment before and the staff at Spa Riviera made it a very comfortable and fun experience for me. I walked into Spa Riviera and was instantly greeted by the enthusiastic and friendly staff. Nicole, my aesthetician walked me to my room and explained what I should do to get ready for my brazilian. Had my first visit this afternoon with Tony at Spa Riviera Redondo Beach. This was unlike any facial experience I’ve ever had. Total professional with in-depth knowledge which he was eager to share throughout the treatment (microdermabrasion facial). Was able to address skin issues not normally included in a facial experience which was a welcome and unexpected bonus for me. Plus Tony is fun and personable which adds to the overall enjoyment of the experience. Highly recommended – you will not be disappointed!

She answered all of my 5 million questions and set me up with an at home care regimen specifically to meet my needs. (Huge plus that the products that they carry are super affordable so I could actually afford to buy everything that she recommended) I will for sure be back to visit their any time I am in the area!10/10 would recommend!
