Because they don’t offer negative stars, I have to give this place a single star. I was told the gal that I consulted with was great with micro blading- she started my brows and I was very happy with the shape. I went back for the second appointment and without any consent or conversation, she brought some random woman in who took over the process, disregarded the agreed upon color choice I had with the first woman and proceeded to expand the shape and size of the brow line. There was no introduction of this woman- no conversation of my wishes and expectations, who she was—why she was there – why was I not being worked on by the first woman—

I see Chantel for facials and she does an amazing job! I’m an extra challenge because I prefer vegan and cruelty free products and she always does her research on the products she uses beforehand and it always makes me feel better.
