The salon is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable. I’ve been to a few salons in the Buffalo area and had horrible experiences. I am a nail technician myself, but sometimes like for someone else to do them (because I’m lazy haha) … so I am VERY picky about my nails because of this.

WORST place I have ever got my nails gone!!! The guy rushed through and and didn’t use the proper nail polish for gel nails so everything started chipping the moment I left. He just pretended to use the gel polish to charge me extra. He never even asked me if I wanted gel he just took out the machine and put my hand in the machine…. On top of that did not remove my cuticles and all my nails are very loose and not glued on properly. They are hanging on by a thread and it’s only been 3 days since I got my nails done. Next time I will pay more to get a better service in NYC!!!

Found this little gem of a shop & I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The customer service is outstanding. The actual nails themselves were great too. Beautiful structure & shape, and sturdy- I have been wearing my set since 4/22, and I still have them on. I will be back soon to get a refill.
