Such a fabulous experience! Truly I wish I scheduled a longer session. Even just waiting for my facial was enjoyable thanks to the lovely receptionist. This was my first time coming to a spa so I was a little nervous ,but they made me feel comfortable almost immediately. We have a conversation that I really enjoyed.

I went in to get eyebrows waxing done this weekend and was left with burn scars. What’s even more outrageous is that when I tried bringing it up, the specialist dismissed it saying those were pre-existing scars. Pre-existing scars that I wasn’t aware of ??? This is my first review ever and the only reason I wrote this is to ensure that no one else suffers from such a terrible experience.

I’m a regular client to Spa Noir since almost a year now. All credits to Kelsey for her amazing work on my eyebrows. I’ve never had to wait for my appointment and she is very punctual with her schedule. Over the months, she has shaped my eyebrows really well – arched at the right point and making sure even the tiniest of hairs are out of the way. Both my brows are nearly identical at this point. She has genuinely earned my complete trust.

before learning all the ways to appropriately pamper myself, i never really understood the logic of having someone else wash and massage my face for me. i much preferred a full body massage. that was until i was gifted a bday facial at Spa Noir. Jessica was very knowledgeable about my skin and products and has magic hands. My skin has never felt so amazing and clear (not looking- but *feeling*) and i left with an actual glow. The Eminence products are incredible and the staff is friendly and warm. the vibe of the spa is modern but inviting- like a little sanctuary in the heart of the city. highly recommend!!

Been getting facials and waxing from Heidi and she is AMAZING!!! Sweet, easy/pleasant to talk to, does excellent work. I almost didn’t want to review so she doesn’t get too busy 🙂 but Heidi really is awesome and I can’t sing her praises enough. I’m a big gal with social anxiety and body issues, and I leave Spa Noir feeling like a million bucks!! Worth every penny!!

The energy of the people who work at Spa Noir is unparalleled. You really can’t go wrong with any of the services offered here. The costs are so affordable, especially for the amazing quality of the massages, facials, etc., and the products will change you’re skincare game. I’ve been to a handful of spas around WA, and this is one of the best!
