Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI waited an hour to get my eyebrows waxed, nails and then my toes polished with gel polish. I paid $48 total. My brows and toes are fine but I hate my nails. They started chipping after two days. I also had to pay the nail tech $40 (one $20, one $10, one $5, four $1 and four quarters 25¢ because the wax lady broke my last solid $20.) I tired giving the nail tech my money and she just looked at the money like she didn’t want it then at me, then asked if I had a solid $20 I said no the wax lady took it and then she took the money with a attitude and tossed it in her drawer, I think that’s why she did a half job on my nails. I waited an hour to get my eyebrows waxed, nails and then my toes polished with gel polish. I paid $48 total. My brows and toes are fine but I hate my nails. They started chipping after two days. Positive: CleanlinessPrevious customer at the new location overall satisfied with my service except for the fact that stones came off of my nails not even one day after having them done they need to use a better rhinestone placing technique and maybe not be so stingy with the amount of product application is too dry for UV gel.
