Coming in for acne issues: Service is okay. You only meet Dr.Kimberly once for your first appointment and she explains how acne works and then gives you a list of her products that you should buy though you don’t need them all. Make sure to check what she is selling to you because she just circled everything I should buy (she circled products that focused on anti aging instead of acne for me) and expected me to pay the full amount. After that you don’t ever meet her again and you come in once a week to meet her estheticians for a facial. They ask for weekly appointments but you should really be going biweekly instead to prolong your 10 appointments. In the end nothing helped me.
