Low quality services. The facial is not a real facial, meaning they just gently rub cheap creams on your face. They don’t exfoliate or remove blackheads or tell you what products they are using. I exfoliated myself when I got home.

Uuuh…. 60 mins? More like 45 mins. They switched my masseuse 15 mins into my massage. Instead of a massage, I mostly just got the oil rubbed into my skin even though I expressed to have med-hard pressure. So, instead of leaving relaxed- I left annoyed. And unfortunately, I over tipped my mediocre masseuse.
