I showed up for my apt to get eyelash extensions done 10 minutes early and was told the girl will be with me shortly. More then 40 minutes passed by and I was not acknowledged in any way. I understand having to wait a reasonable amount of time, but this was excessive and her lack of customer service skills was uncalled for!!! After I left she text me and tried telling me she had my apt in for a diffetent time and when I asked her why she didn’t tell me that when I showed up she got nasty and defensive and started saying that she can’t rush people…. WOW!!! What kind of employees do they have working there??? Im actually glad i didnt give them my business and I will be spreading the word of how poorly I was treated!!!
