Stopped in today for the first time. Lisa was my masseuse. She gave the most fabulous massage. It was incredible. The effort was consistent the entire hour. Also used hot stones. For a great therapeutic massage, I’d highly recommend this place. Very reasonable hourly rate. The place is clean and nicely decorated.

I just had my first massage at Spa 28 and the experience was great. I had a massive muscle spasm from clearing snow, and being new to the area, I decided to try them. The girl at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The man who gave me the massage, who’s name I didn’t get, was very thorough and was able to break up the knots and relieve the pain. Thank you Spa 28! I look forward to being able to tie my shoes again

Just had my first deep tissue massage with Dong and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. He found all of my knots and some I didn’t even know I had. Highly suggest this place!

Horrible! Called for appointment from myself and a friend, for 1 hr full massages, gave us time and hung up. Get there and are told we didn’t call, really? Show her the call in my phone log. She then turns to a lady getting a foot massage and tells her she lied about calling for her appointment. First of all we weren’t getting foot massages and second why are you trying to blame this lady????? Then a man comes from in back and takes their phone and scrolls through checking if we called, how freakin rude! And guess what there is my number idiot! Walked out and will NEVER return.
