Critical: QualityI went in today for a gel manicure and pedicure.. the woman doing my nails was nice but she made me bleed THREE times twice on my hands and once on my toe.. also I got a French tip and the lines aren’t even AT ALL some are super thick and others are pencil thin! Definitely wasn’t worth $80 NEVER going back.

I’ve had many pedicures and usually they are about 45 minutes long with hot stones, towels, etc. I booked an appointment for 2 pedicures today and when we arrived we were helped by 1 lady who went back and forth between the two of us while another lady who worked here sat doing her own nails and on her phone. All our lady did was cut and paints our nails and put lotion on our legs for about 30 seconds. Both of us were done within 45 minutes, so she spent about 20 minutes on each of us and it wasn’t any less expensive than my 45 minute hot stone pedicures I usually get. They also used lotions that were single use size and already opened from other customers. This is by far the worst place I’ve ever seen. I’ve had many pedicures and usually they are about 45 minutes long with hot stones, towels, etc. I booked an appointment for 2 pedicures today and when we arrived we were helped by 1 lady who went back and forth between the two of us while another lady who worked here sat doing her own nails and on her phone. The job was thorough, polish is smooth and no rough edges. Everything was very clean, file and buffer are single use. Hand washing before and during the appointment. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityJenny did such an amazing pedicure! And we had great convo. The shop was very clean and organized and they sanitized everything. Great vibes and friendly staff. Plus, it’s surrounded by sunflowers, which is wonderful to pull up to 🙂
