Have tried to come get my husband haircut multiple times here and they’ve been closed with no one there throughout the week when online and the door times says they should be open. They were finally “open” today but they wouldn’t take us because they said they stopped taking hair cuts at 5:30, the time was 5:20 when we got there and the door says they close at 6. The lady was SO RUDE to me and my husband and told me she wasn’t going to argue with me when I asked why they were already closed when the door says 6 and she closed the door in my face. Should’ve stopped trying the first time when we realized they were never open the times the door states. If they aren’t going to accept anyone after 5 then they need to close at 5. We will not be coming back!

Tried to make an appointment and was told no no not needed just walk in. So I go in after work to get my hair colored and was informed no she wasn’t going to color my hair because she didn’t want to have to turn down anybody that came in while she was busy coloring my hair. I sat in the parking lot for a good 35 minutes trying to find another hair salon locally who could get me in that day and not one person showed up to the business. Very unprofessional in my opinion me and my entire family used this salon ever since they opened and unfortunately because of one bad egg we won’t be going back.

Love this shop and the service they provide. They are good people who care about their customers. I go every couple weeks for a cut from Heather or Leah or Chesney. They have each cut my hair several times.
