This was my first time visiting this place. My husband found it to treat me to a facial for my birthday coming up on the weekend.. when I tell you that this place is wonderful, I really mean it. First thing I always pay attention to is cleanliness. KS is so clean. From the receptionist area, to the treatment room and the bathroom. The young lady who did my facial, her name is Snowy was so sweet. She explained everything she was doing to my skin since it’s been over 10 years since I’ve had a facial… don’t judge me.. lol. Anyway.. the only unpleasant part was the extractions which I KNEW wouldn’t be nice, however Snowy was very apologetic because she knew it would be uncomfortable. I did the sensitive skin regime to see how my skin would react and it was all good. No reactions at all. Nice cleansing, steaming of the face, a seaweed mask and a wonderful arm and shoulder massage while the mask did it’s thing on my face. She also did a great job arching my eyebrows. This was a much deserved self care moment that I definitely will do again. To top it off… it went longer than my alloted time because she took her time. Got to the register to pay and all of that wonderful work was only $108!! I was like wow.!!!. gave my girl Snowy a nice tip!! Taking hubby and daughter next time. Highly recommended.

I went in on a short notice randomly to make an appointment and Snowie was able to accommodate me on their schedule for the same day. She was very sweet and knowledgeable on skin care and did a very good job giving me a exfoliating facial that left me glowing as soon as she was done. I will most certainly be coming back to this place & looking forward to trying the other facials they offer

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBest facial I’ve ever had!!!My friend (soon to be bride) and I were desperate to get a facial before her wedding in two days and Wendy was so understanding and miraculously squeezed both of us into her schedule for that afternoon of the morning we called!We originally booked the basic facial that was labeled as being 35 mins, but once we got started, Wendy and Snowie interpreted our skin and personalized our facials. So our facials were two hours! Wendy recommended that I add on the Ultrasonic Facial + Collagen eye mask and for my friend Snowie recommended an added Collagen anti-aging mask to help her skin glow on her wedding day. I want to point out the exceptional extraction techniques they used! Usually my skin welts and is super inflamed after extractions but whatever tools Wendy used was amazing. It left no scars, no welts, my skin was so smooth, and now 5 days out, my skin is still clear and hydrated! Finally, the massage they did at the end was heavenly. I definitely fell asleep because it was so relaxing. Overall, I would recommend this place! Both workers are so so so impressive with handling our skin and they made us feel great and even offered us some advice to help with our skincare.
