Took my son in for a cut. I told him a scissor cut trimmed neatly. The guy grabs a shear and had buzzed off one side before I even saw it. I told him no white walls and even showed a picture of my sons hair after the last cut. They do not listen to you and he messed up my sons hair. I would close the doors and retire. If you are going to boot camp, this is the place to go, if you want a neat cut, go somewhere else. This is the worst place I have ever been. Beware.

About a week ago my boyfriend went in to get his hair trimmed and instead of listening to him and trimming off the amount he wanted they cut it super short and uneven. The only good thing I can say about the place is that they were polite. We won’t be returning there ever in the future though.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy husband just went in there and got a fade done and when he came out he realized they only trimmed one of his side burns so he went back to get them to fix it and the guy that cut his hair seen him and yelled no and told the other guy not to let my husband back inside cause he knew he messed up on my husband’s hair but the other guy that was nice and apologized for that guy and he fixed his sideburn while the other guy got mad and stormed off to the bathroom!!!!! Took my son to get a razor fade. Guy cut a line around his head and shaved below that line. No fade at all. I explained again what I would like done and he attempted to fade it. It was unacceptable so I asked if another barber could attempt to fix it. The gentleman that had worked on my son’s hair got irritated and stomped away like a child. The ONLY reason this is a two star review and not a one star is because the other barber fixed it to an acceptable fade. I will not return and neither will my son. If a customer isn’t satisfied with your cut you should not act like a child when they tell you. Also, at no time was I rude to cause his attitude and I did pay the second barber for his services.

Boyfriend had an appointment to get haircut before closing, Barber was in such a rush he took a chunk out of the side of his hair, didn’t shave his neck, and didn’t trim the top. Terrible job, don’t recommend.
