Booked a trial and wasn’t warned that they had shortened hours and only had a specific time that I would be able to come in day-of. If I was told prior to the trial, I would’ve known the times were not going to work. Instead, I wasn’t warned and spent over $300 on trials on services I cannot utilize day-of. Katelynn kept saying “sorry we have a change of hours for that day” when I don’t mind the hours are changed but I should’ve been warned.

Unfortunately due to poor communication at the fault of Soto, my daughter does not have anyone for hair or makeup for her wedding day. We spent over $300 on services that we are unable to use day-of due to not being warned of what times the salon would be open day of or what times they had her marked down for. I had a trial there as well and it was not good. I knew right away my hair was terrible and looked nothing like the photos I showed her. Instead of coming back to Soto for other services I was in search of, I started going to Brodava instead and have a much better experience and communication.

My first time at Soto was such a calming and welcoming experience. Everyone was so kind and Valentina made my experience phenomenal. As a stay at home mom, meaningful adult conversations are hard to come by. So I was extremely thankful that Valentina was such a great conversationalist. I left Soto feeling truly relaxed and excited to return.

After a terrible experience for bridal and hair makeup trials, email sent to let Katelyn know I wouldn’t be attending the appt and how I did not have hair or makeup now for my wedding day due to the poor communication on times on their end- No response from the business or even a slight acknowledgment of their mistakes.
