The staff were so kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The place was very clean and the staff were very clean throughout the appointment. Washing their hands numerous times, not touching their masks etc. The technician was so thorough and took the time to make sure I was happy with the service before leaving. I was nervous to get laser hair removal here because I have only gone to one other place before but I could not have had a better experience! The staff were so kind and patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly. The place was very clean and the staff were very clean throughout the appointment. I am willing to travel a little further away to come back to this location because the staff are amazing here. I have received services at multiple different derm offices or medspas and nothing compares to my experience with Sona! I am willing to travel a little further away to come back to this location because the staff are amazing here. I trust them with investments in my skin because they go out of their way to address any questions or concerns and never make me feel rushed during an appointment. 10/10!!!

Critical: CommunicationI have been a loyal customer here for years. I have referred clients to Sona. I have never had more issues with this office than I have this year. They have once cancelled my appointment without notifying me, then they rescheduled another appointment again with no one reaching out to me and AGAIN today, I show up at my appointment I made several weeks ago to find out that they have now CLOSED the office and only have one office between both locations open at a time. I have two toddlers at home I have to arrange childcare with and I am an ICU nurse that works 12hr shifts. My time is important and limited. On top of it, I live about 30min away. They have always been happy to reschedule but never have they offered anything more. I have continued to come here because I am comfortable but I’ll tell you what, my rescheduled appointment will be my last unless they do something quick about their lack of communication. I am, also, a part of a large local mom’s group on social media, and I’ll be sharing my experience with the 25k moms on there. I feel that with everything going on and the businesses being hurt, they’d go above and beyond but that is not the case.Edited to add:. I was promised by the Manager, Alison via email AND phone that she would call me by the end of today. It did not happen. Trust me. I have been a loyal customer here for years. I have referred clients to Sona. I have never had more issues with this office than I have this year. They have once cancelled my appointment without notifying me, then they rescheduled another appointment again with no one reaching out to me and AGAIN today, I show up at my appointment I made several weeks ago to find out that they have now CLOSED the office and only have one office between both locations open at a time.
