Paid $100 to come out with damaged hair and a dried scalp. My mother went to this salon expecting to get a commonly done hair treatment. All hair stylist professionals learn how to do a perm, but when asked for that treatment, the stylist seemed to be confused and then asked my mother if that was the treatment “that left the hair curled?” Not thinking much of this, my mother went along after the stylist said she could do it. While the chemicals were sitting, the stylist took care of another customer — this is expected, and is not part of the complaint, but afterwards she went back to attend my mother’s hair and verbalized that she’d let the lotion sit in my mother’s hair too long / over the expected time. The result was not aesthetically pleasing and did not look like any of the perms that I have seen my mother get OR anyone else. Her hair is falling out and her scalp is dry and damaged. She visited the salon to let them know, and they did not offer any assistance. When asked for a refund, they declined. The client service is lacking and, honestly, the services seem to be as well from this experience. Stylists, please do not agree to do a service you are not comfortable or fully trained in.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis place is disgusting. The owner, the freaking owner doesn’t clean their equipment before cutting your hair! Keep in mind I’ve haven’t been going out much at all during this time. After I got my cut here I developed a rash on the back of my head just to find out it was ringworm. It’s caused because someone else had it and the haircutter didn’t clean their equipment. Don’t come here! I loved this place as a child and was fantastic since I loved short hair but my appointment today was just disappointing and never coming back again due to one of worst staff. Women that worked with my hair had brown pixie cut type of hair style ( Donna ) , the other 2 staff that worked on my siblings were fantastic and would recommend them do your hair instead of Donna. I wanted to remove my dead ends & have a V styled hair cut. my hair reached to the bottom of my spine and I loved it, I wanted to a trim at least. Donna how ever cut my hair to a little below my shoulders & braided my hair furiously ( which was painful & unnecessary ) she continued even when I was fairly uncomfortable. Now I have to wait til my hair grows back to the area I wanted to feel confident as I was beforehand. Thank you Donna. please don’t come here but if you do please don’t allow Donna even cut your extravagant hair. never coming here again.

Been going to this place since they first opened. Gustavo used to be the best not anymore. He used to do my hair and it would last me at least 5 days with the curls. I never let anyone touch my hair. But Gustavo. Lately he just does what ever he wants just to get you out of there. And my curls don’t even last a day. He has an attitude that’s nasty it’s like he is taking out his personal problems on the work he does/ his customers. this place used to be the best not anymore. They change their prices whenever they feel like it. When they are in a good mood they give good good service but if he looks like he’s in a bad mood, you will get bad service and your price will go up. I used to love coming here I was a faithful customer since they first opened their doors. Walking in their just give me bad vibes. They’re slacking and it shows in the work they do and in customer service. I hate to say it but, I it’s time to move on to another salon.

I went to get my eye brows done today for a wedding. I told her just a clean up and I also said it in Spanish. I also told her I had bald spots and not to take much off. Instead she took off 75% of my eye brows and colored them in with out asking me, to cover up what she did. If I wasn’t leaving on vacation tomorrow I would demand a refund. I should’ve wiped it off when I was there and saw that she took off too much already. I’m crying and now have to go to a WEDDING looking like a cave man!!!!! Never again will I go back here. Do not get your eye brows done here. Shame on me for getting them done last minute here because I was desperate.

Not a place to go for bridal or to get any hairstyle! My daughter’s curls were falling by the time we were in the car and he didn’t even get the style I wanted correct. My bridal hair was also falling apart by the time I got home. My makeup was a disaster. He didn’t get my shade of color correct. When I got home everyone was telling I was too orange so I had to take it all off and start fresh. Someone else went with me to get their hair done but she had the same problem. They didn’t know how to do the simple hairstyle she wanted and the curls were gone by the time we got home. Great customer service I’ll give them that but they can’t do hair and makeup. Only go here for cuts.
