Clean and very helpful nice staff. Very accommodating as I’ve had to bring my kids a couple time and they had no problem letting them watch TV In the lounge while I tan. Such a great salon. Only wish the sale price was regular.

Ok first let me start off by saying there beds are amazing along with there employees have always been welcoming and helpful ..but I haven’t tanned here for a few months now and mind you I had a membership for 3 months but then didn’t renew . yet as I was looking through the monthly transactions on my PayPal account noticed a few days ago March 4th there was a charge from Solei .. for a little over $45 I do believe this is an error on the payment processing company and not Solei in general .

Amazing beds and knowledgeable staff! These beds give me color after one tan. Color that lasts. I am able to keep a great, deep tan by coming here once a week, which is fantastic. The staff here are amazing, they know which beds will fit your needs and also know the current specials and how to create a custom package just for you. I love this place because it is clean, I feel safe while I tan, their bulbs are changed frequently, and I feel like family when I walk through the door.

5 stars just isn’t enough. This place is the best. I’ve tanned at Classic Tan for the past 8 years & I don’t know why, but I just thought this year I’d see what else was out there & I am sooooo glad I did. The prices are better, the staff was the friendliest I’ve ever encountered at any establishment, from the lobby to the tanning bed was beautiful & modern, the entire place couldn’t be any more clean. I will never go anywhere else & I’m kinda kicking myself for not going here sooner.

If I could give it a 0 I would. They have a 24 hour no tan policy, and if you go even an hour before it’s been a full 24 hours since last tanning, they won’t let you tan. Which is petty. I’d understand if it was 4+ hours from being 24, but an hour early shouldn’t be a huge deal. I’ve tanned at multiple tanning salons and never had this issue. And I spent $50 on my package. What a waste of money. Definitely won’t be back once this month is up. Not everyone can go at the same time each day, so how can they get their moneys worth? And not good customer service from a lady at the Windsor heights location today.
