I found my new nail salon! Every place in town seemed they just wanted to herd you in and out like cattle instead of caring about the job they do but not here. Good people that are friendly and love what they do. The place is beautifully decorated and you could wear off the floors they are so clean. Give them a try, I’ll go back. The only thing that confuses me was the price but I should have asked when I checked out.

Linda and Phillip do amazing work I have 3 foster daughters I took to see them and the experience was wonderful they were polite and kind and there was another customer that had some issues from a previous place where she had her nails done and Phillip and Linda fixed them and actually made the lady’s nails look better then the picture she showed them. I will definitely continue to take my daughters here for their nails.

I had the best experience at Pretty Nails Phillip, Amy and Linda are the best. Very clean salon the wine was delicious. Friendly atmosphere I would recommend this salon I have been to a couple nail salons in Lynchburg since I moved from Newport News and have been disappointed. This salon is a hidden jem I left extremely satisfied and had a great time they make you feel like family.

I went here on Friday afternoon and asked for a simple green French tip for Christmas. They came out lopsided, my pinky is sideways, and they’re see through. Not to mention that the nail tech destroyed my cuticles and now they keep bleeding. It was really painful, and I paid $70 for ugly nails! They even charged me $10 to have the almond shape. When I asked to come get them fixed they said they couldn’t take me and they were full. I honestly just want my $70 back. Total rip off!
