I love this salon, By far the most upscale and professional .My daughter and I have been coming here for about six years. They have a great selection of products and anything I’ve purchased has been worth every penny! The owner is always extremely kind and takes the most pride in the products she sells and she does the most amazing air brush!

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled 5 times regarding canceling the membership and still no response. Read bunch of previous reviews and they all are saying the same thing. Called every location to talk to the owner or management and they said they will call me back and nothing… it’s been over a month and they charged me again. Because of the move I’m not able to show up in person. This is a disaster terrible customer service. If you are planning going to this place do yourself a favor and pick another place none of them will treat you this way and keep taking your money when you are clearly wanting to cancel. Finally spoke with Jane who is the owner I assume and all she did was talk over me on the phone. Service has becoming so bad that it’s kind of funny. Seems like people are not supporting this business as much and it makes sense. Called 5 times regarding canceling the membership and still no response. Read bunch of previous reviews and they all are saying the same thing. Called every location to talk to the owner or management and they said they will call me back and nothing… it’s been over a month and they charged me again. I saw this place near my work and they were offering a 40$ unlimited tanning membership. I was excited as I thought this would make life easier going back and forth from work. I had one tan right when I signed up and paid extra to get the darkest shade. What a joke. I looked like Casper. Called and said it needed to “process” and to wait until the next day. I came in the next day, no tan line whatsoever, and let them know this would not work for me and I needed to cancel. Then found out there was a 99$ cancellation fee the sheisty sales people did not make me aware of. For one “tan” that didn’t tan me whatsoever I paid 140$!!! I spoke with three managers and was told this is “company policy” which they were sure not to make me aware beforehand of so they could get my sale. Absolute disgrace. Left my number and corporate never reached out to me. Con artists who prey on Johnson county girls. Most unprofessional tanning establishment I have ever been to. I tan regularly every two weeks. I saw this place near my work and they were offering a 40$ unlimited tanning membership.
