One of the best tanning salons I’ve ever been to, their prices are not outrageous like other well-known tanning places and their beds don’t suck like planet fitness I actually get a really decent tan off of a regular bed. The staff is always very friendly, they also offer really great deals in the mad money coupon book! Very very happy I found this place!

It used to be a nice place but they obviously don’t use use any of the money for upkeep. A lot of the doors are loose, locks barely operate, and hooks for hanging clothes have been ripped off and never replaced. The staff is constantly changing and they never seem happy that they have to deal with customers. The beds have gotten beat up, the fan controls often do not work, and the little radios on the walls almost never function (That’s not always bad, some people don’t seem to comprehend that others don’t want to hear their little pop music playlist turned all the way up)

Something was wrong with each machine my friends and I used but they were effective. Friendly staff. Have a red light bed. Theoretically the beds have their own music choice but mine didn’t work…which was too bad because the music was awful whiney love songs and I like to meditate. Still…I’m warm. A little stripey and my face needed sunlight after. Next time I’ll turn the fan off and out my head at the other end and demand a booth the music works in and turn a little mid way through. 🙂 It can all be worked out. $7.70 for 20 minutes.

Prices are low for a monthly plan. They have many upgrade beds to choose from. One bed has an air conditioner built in and a face misting system! Sundays are half price upgrade.

I’ll never go here again. I was very please and obsessed with them for awhile. On their Facebook page they used to offer bidding for a tanning package. I stalked the page trying to win the package. Though I clearly won- the package was given to someone else. Though it seems petty, I will not return. Staff is rude and whoever runs the Facebook page does a terrible job. I’ll gladly spend my money elsewhere.

I purchased an unlimited month of tanning. I tanned that day. I got a call the next day that my work scheduled was changing and at thst i wasn’t going to be able to continue tanning due to time confliction. I called immediately and was told absolutely id recieve a refund. The week passes no refund. I got 6 additional times in the last few months and was once again told yes. Took my information to give to the owner nlah blah. Once again nothing no call no refund. I just called today and was told there’s a no refund policy! What a joke.

I switched to solar tan because it is like 1 minute away from my house rather than the 10 mins I was driving to studio tan… And haven’t had the best experiences. I’ve been there maybe 6 times and I think one of those times was pleasant. The first time I walked in and told the girl I had never been there before and she goes “ok…..?” And we just awkwardly looked at eachother until I asked her for info on their packages. Then she told me and never had me sign any kind of waiver or show any ID (pretty sure that’s fairly illegal? How would she even know if I’m 18?) and then said “oh you’re not just buying a package today, you actually want to tan TODAY? We close in 30 mins..” Mind you, I only wanted to tan for 10 mins. The next two times I came in there was this blonde haired girl who spoke extremely monotone as if she was annoyed with your presence, and her son along with who I believed to be her boyfriend or significant other of some kind, were sitting on the couch so she would stop talking to me to yell at her son to stop standing on the couch. They were there twice.. Then the next time I came she was there again, without her child and man, but was still very irritated that I was there. The fifth time, the girl was very pleasant. It was someone I’d never seen there before and she was very bubbly, messed something up in the computer but laughed and said “oops! Let me fix that! I put the wrong time on there!” And was very welcoming, didn’t seem the least bit annoyed that I was there a little after 8 when they close at 9. Tonight was the last time I will ever go there even though I have paid for more minutes, I don’t intend to ever use them. I went in there just wanting to get out of the house as it is Halloween and I spent all evening with my sugared-up 3 year old and needed to relax for a few minutes. I came in and there was a girl with short spiky pink hair and I thought oh good.. It’s not the rude blonde haired girl. She immediately asked me if I was tanning with lotion and I said yes.. She asked what kind and I showed her. It was JWoww lotion. She said “I can’t let you use that here because not only does it break down our acrylic beds, I can’t let you use it because it’s HORRIBLE for your skin. I have to take it if you want to tan here.” 2 of the dumbest things I’ve ever heard… First of all the only reason she knew I didn’t buy that at that salon was because yes they had JWoww lotion… But not that exact kind of JWoww lotion.. If you’re carrying the same brand I highly doubt it breaks down the acrylic beds. I just bought it at studio tan before switching to solar tan. Second of all, your condescending attitude about ANYTHING being bad for me when you’re working at the tanning salon I’m visiting is pretty ridiculous.. You work at a tanning salon!! Saying it damages the beds (I know some lotions do) is the worst way to get people to buy your crap. I just spent a ridiculous amount of money on that lotion that’s almost full, I don’t need to spend even more to get the kind that you sell. So dumb. She said “I’ll put a note on your account so that the next person to help you knows that you may still be using that and may need new lotion.” Just rude rude RUDE. I’ve never even written a review of a place and I just created a gmail account to write this because I’ve never been to one place and had so many bad experiences in such a short time frame!! Horrible customer service and horrible attitude from all of the emoloyees besides one. Also, I have still not to this day signed any papers for them!! They never asked!!!
