I have always wanted some pink in my hair but have never known how and Kelly pulled it off 100%! I like my hair to look good but don’t want to spend a lot time on it and SHE GET’S IT! I feel more knowledgeable about hair than I have ever before! I have avoided salons for 11 months due to COVID. Kelly is super safe and I felt very comfortable. Went to beauty bar 12. She did an amazing color correction, hair treatment, my eyebrows and hair cut. I cried I was so happy. She made me feel beautiful after losing my former hair dresser I have finally found the perfect one for my taste and hair. Reasonably priced, prompt on time, clean and very knowledgeable

I have never been here and I walked in to try to make a future apt. It was like a hallway with independent suites. I guess you have to know someone because i found two ladies older – 1 white and one black they didnt even say hi or anything – they nust looked up at me so I had to initiate and I politely let them know I wanted to make an apt. The black lady looked and the white one and said you cant take it and she said oh I would but I dont have time. They told me to go down the hall to a room number. This lady was busy but she did look up and say Hi. I told her I was sent to book an apt. She was in the middle of a color it looked like and she said “who told you to come here?” At that point I was like politely never mind. Its ok. She said she was busy which she was so I just didnt want to butt in her clients session so I said truly dont worry about you are busy. No worries. What really bothered me was that the two first ladies could have helped with some more informatio . Or how everything works. Like you have time to chit chat but you point me to a busy person but not help me out. Kudos to that last person for at least trying to help. However to be new client friendly the people there could at least be friendly.

Amanda gave me a great haircut and even trimmed my eyebrows (those suckers get sneakily long). She has her own space, so you get one-on-one service and don’t have to deal with the noise of a busy salon/barber. Definitely recommend!

Hair by Jane Ann (Suite 24) doesn’t get ANY better. She has been my stylist for over 30 years. Sometimes, I think she knows my hair better than me. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise is unprecedented. Sola Salon Studio, you have a diamond in the ruff! Great atmosphere! Creating one room studios was a brilliant idea! It allows each stylist to welcome their clients into a little piece of their “home”. The privacy is bar none. Well done!

Critical: ProfessionalismThis has nothing to do with the stylists in this salon. This is a WARNING to any person thinking about leasing from this location. AMY is terrible at her job. If she’s the only point of contact for multiple locations in TN then Sola as a whole has dropped the ball. She never returns phone calls, or voicemails. Hasn’t answered the phone in a week. Don’t let her unprofessionalism cause you stress in an already stressful job that you do all day.
