Never on time.. Anytime I’m on time I’m waiting an additional 10mins. Anytime I’m late 2-3 mins she already took in someone new and now she is behind somehow and I’m waiting 10-15 mins. She does a great job and very kind. I try to understand it’s a small business and she is only one person but I just have to stop coming because I don’t want to wait when I have a scheduled appointment.

I went to this place first for my eyebrows as it was completely messed up by the previous threading place. After 7 weeks of letting it grow as I’m particular how my eyebrows look, a big thanks to Kamal, she brought it back to shape, she did a great job and really happy with the service. The threading and waxing pricing is reasonable as well. Recently got a facial done by Priya and she is really good, got me to relax so well and felt great after my facial, thanks Priya. Also the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Great quality service. Also, the online appointment booking service is a plus.

Kamal’s the only person allowed to touch my brows from now on. Everytime I find someone new to do my brows they always end up moving or closing up shop. But luckily Kamal works from home so I know for sure she’s not going anywhere. I love her work. I’ve gotten my sister to start coming here for her brow needs as well. Love this place!

Unfortunately I had to come on here and edit my 5-star review. I had a really unpleasant experience on Saturday June 9th 2018 with Kamal. I’m not sure if she got carried away by my wardrobe and thought that I was not going to tip or that I would be a cheap a** but she robbed me of $2. She charged me $10 for eyebrow threading when the previous three times she had charged me 8. Immediately upon her charging me I went for a business card and which I turned it around and the price list was on there stating eyebrows were $8. Now, if she would have explained the “price update ” it wouldn’t have been a problem . It’s not the $2 that bother me it’s the just respect behind her actions. She’s a very polite lady and does her work very well don’t get me wrong. But after not being explained why I was charged $10 for my eyebrows when the price listing States 8. I felt very disrespected and I felt like I had to come back and update the review. I’m not her regular I’ve only been there about three to four times so maybe she thought I was not aware of her pricings as I mentioned.

When I first ever got my eyebrows threaded, I went here. It wasn’t very popular at the time, but they did such an amazing job! Until recently, I’m not sure if it’s because they have been getting more popular so maybe that’s why they’ve been rushing and pricing more? They messed up on my brows more than once and the first time it happened, I let it go because we’re only human. The third time was the last straw for me. It happened 3 times in a row and by the same person. My eyebrows don’t even have tails anymore. I’m currrently letting all my hair grow out until I can find another place to get it done. Really unfortunate because I loved it here. I hope they learn to take the time to thread and find the shape that’ll compliment their customers, instead of rushing and trying to get to everyone. Quality matters more.

Uneven excessively thin eyebrows. Even if you have an appointment with Kamal, you will get assigned a random inexperienced girl to do your eyebrows while Kamal caters to the people she “feels” matters and can gossip with. Unprofessional service. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!

Very good place, you can tell they really take thier time and care about what thier doing here! My wifes skin/brows looked absoluty beautiful on our wedding day! Just a heads up the outside looks like a nice 2 story home so don’t except to park in a business like parking lot.
