I saw Tiffany, she was awesome. I was just in town for a wedding and I rushed in last minute to get a blow out and she took me right away, she was super easy to communicate with and very personable. She knew I was in a rush and did my wash and dry super fast. On top of that you could tell she knew what she was doing! She only charged $25 too. I love her forever! I’ll go back

New mom, feeling tired and rundown, already felt intimidated walking into this beautiful salon. Having no one greet me or offer to help with questions I may have definitely assured me that I did not belong there. Goal of today was to go get my hair cut, feel like a new person, feel confident and leave happy. Could have happened here, could have be a lasting customer.. had I not felt like I was entirely out of place. Facility is beautiful, customer service was lacking. Two stylists were more interested in their conversation than helping a walk-in.

I go to Nidhita Patel (studio 3) for threading and waxing as of now. She is really great! Very friendly. She does exactly what you want. She really checks many times after the service if something needs still needs to be done. It’s really close to all offices which is a great location. It’s been thrice I have been to her. She has been very flexible with my schedule. Yesterday I was in a hurry, so she tried to complete all the services asap but she made sure she waxed properly and did the threading nicely.
