I was accused of constantly changing my number even though I have been serviced by the employee and they personally knew me from previous experiences.

I’ve been coming here a couple of years now. I am very picky with my stylists as I have had Bad Haircuts in the Past! Who hasn’t? Laurie usually cuts my hair and does a Fantastic job! She asked questions the 1st couple of times, but now just asks.. The Usual? LoL! Joanne. the Mgr. does a good job as well! they have been there the longest. They give that “Little Extra” looking for “Stragglers” and Evenness.. If they didn’t? I would go elsewhere! Great Job! Laurie and Joanne! Thank You! :>)

No matter what anyone else has said, the ladies working here were professional, friendly and polite. I always go to Great Clips and I have never had a bad experience. Wait times can sometimes be long, but the app can show times and you can always check in first. I drove from a different location to this one to avoid a wait time at one closer to me, well worth it.

DeAnna is amazing. As I watched her cut my 6 yo son’s hair, I knew she was really good. I went back for my first budget salon cut, since my usual forever solon is a spa in N Scottsdale (-and prior to that any $$$$ salon), and I got one of the BEST cuts ever, at a discount no less, it was under $12!!! Friday 9-10-21 I went in at 8am to get my hair cut. Lori was the only one in and let me just be honest. She was very polite but it was the worse haircut I have ever had. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had with my hair being cut. I went in Saturday morning to get my daughter’s hair cut and I should have known better. She messed up my daughter’s hair also. Lori talked about what we agreed on but how could there be an agreement if she didn’t listen to a word I said. I will not be going back! She chopped my hair up so badly, the hairstylist that fixed my hair thought Lori was inexperienced, Lori cut the layers so uneven and she blunt cut bangs when I never asked for bangs. The woman who fixed my hair said that Lori should have just given my money back because it was the ugliest cut she’d ever seen. I will not recommend anyone to this location or Great Clips altogether.
