I followed my favorite stylist over to Soapbox Salon from another salon. I’ve been very pleased with the new spot. It’s a very calm and elegant environment. The staff is always laid-back and friendly. My stylist, Liz Gray takes amazing care of my hair. I trust her completely and she has never disappointed me! I highly highly recommend Liz and Soapbox.

Molly was such a wonderful stylist! She really took the time to customize a cut to my hair texture and my face. Her technique was modern and professional. I brought in my 5 year old for a cut and he loved her sweet and patient demeanor. He looked so handsome afterwards as she gave him the same thoughtful treatment at me.She is also super cool to “hang out” with. Salon was tastefully decorated and felt like a hip lounge. I can’t wait to go back!

I recently came to soapbox to find a stylist as I was unhappy with my old one for the last year and was getting married so I wanted to look my best on my wedding day. I booked an appointment with Molly and I am so happy with how it turned out. My previous stylist was only giving me a partial highlight and using semi permanent hair color so my hair looked terrible and brassy within a few weeks of my appointment. Molly was patient and gave me beautiful thin natural highlights and lowlights lights which took way longer than our allotted appointment time but she wanted to make sure my hair was perfect on my wedding day. Happy to have found a new stylist!! Thanks again molly!!

Soapbox Salon has great stylists and I can’t recommend them enough. Molly has been doing my hair for a year now and I have never been happier with my hair in my life! Her attention to detail, creativity and talent always leave me feeling beautiful! All of the stylists at Soapbox are great! Soapbox has a convenient location with lots of parking. If you are looking for a new salon, you should definitely try Soapbox!

I have been going to Liz for cut and color for several years now, and I would (and have) follow her anywhere!!! She is a natural at balayage…my hair is naturally dark brown, and she has given me multidimensional caramel and blond highlights to die for. I literally get compliments weekly! She is also the ONLY one I trust for long layers and any cut for my hair. She is CONSISTENTLY amazing! (I might add that I’m extremely picky and before seeing Liz, I must have gone to a dozen salons in Raleigh/Cary.)

I’m only here in North Carolina for a few months. I found trying to find the right salon very nerve wracking because I didn’t even know anyone to be able to ask around. Luckily I ran into someone who had one of the best hairstyles I’d seen in real life, as opposed to in a magazine or on someone famous. She gave me Liz’s name and going to the Soapbox Salon was the best thing I did! Liz understood exactly what I meant when I explained what I wanted. She then made sure it was tailored to my type of hair (thick & wavy), and it came out looking better than I could have imagined. HIGHLY recommend!
