After seeing many different people I have realized Henry is the only one who can actually do a good job. I just got Halloween nails done and they look horrible two days after. I asked for gel polish, and by the peeling and inconsistencies on my nails I clearly did not get what I want. For spending so much money, I would have expected better. I would also not recommend asking for a design unless it is done by the owner or the husband.

I went in for a mani pedi. The menus on the board says both are 55 total. The lady who did my nails showed me a menu for fancy pedicures that are roughly 50 bucks just for the pedi. I informed her I wanted the combo that’s displayed on the bored. She acted like that wasn’t a thing so I pointed at the menu. And of coarse after that she was rude and kept trying to have me pay extra for nonesense.

I’ve been going here for about 2 years now. When I have one of the lady technicians they always do a great job, but my last couple visits I’ve had the guy tech, and my experience has been pretty bad. During my pedicure, he kept turning around to watch the tv behind and during the sugar scrub he watched the tv the entire time. He is very heavy handed, multiple times I had to ask him to press lighter or tell him he was hurting me. I was in there again today for deluxe pedi and full set, and my experience was the same. He kept watching the tv, and multiple times I told him he was hurting me with the file tool used to remove gel polish. He did my full set as well and my nails are still hurting tonight from his work this morning. My nails are also very uneven, my right thumb is noticeably longer than my left. I kept asking him to make them shorter, and he said when he filed them they would be shorter, but as I said, now they are terribly uneven. I usually have a great experience at this nail salon, but I’m really disappointed in the work the guys does. (I’m sorry, I don’t know his name.) He charged me $95 for a pedi and full set, and Im really not happy with my nails, especially for that price.

Decent pricing for the Thornton area about four good techs on staff. I had to stop going to them because they didnt honor appointments made in advance and over book. If you’re needing to stick to a schedule I definitely wouldn’t go here. You’ll be waiting 15 to 20 minutes minimum even with an appointment even after calling to ask if they are busy.
