Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueInfected toe nails from unclean tools.Gel nails that were WAY too thick and ridged. The part that’s supposed to form the apex of the nail, looked like a mound of gel. She never got the nail forms lined up right and the gels came out cricked. She said my nails were cricked. But her nail tech skills are cricked. Got a leg wax, the bed was dirty. She didn’t have enough wax and ended up plucking the leg hairs.Not sure how they passed boards.The whole salon had a snooty attitude.Save your money, time and health and go else where.Or just don’t go to Allie Forester and Mindy Whiteplume. Infected toe nails from unclean tools.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueBeautiful salon. Alli Forster is very professional and does great work. I have been to her four times and will continue to have her do my nails. I love them every time I’ve had them done. I have had a pedicure as well and I have never seen a salon clean as thorough as they do. They take every little piece apart and clean and disinfect them, put it all back together then clean their tools and the chairs. Same with their nail and hair stations. Mindy Whiteplume does great work on my hair and will continue to have her do my hair. I know why this salon and all the independent contractors passed their state inspection, they are very professional and they really take pride in their work and their salon.
