Critical: ProfessionalismWe moved here November of 2019 and this salon was the only salon that had great customer service and cut mens hair exceptionally well. There was a wonderful younger gentleman and a sweet blonde who knew us as regulars. It’s now December of 2021 both employees are no longer there. I made an appointment in November of 2021 and the one middle age lady who is the only employee gave our appointment to someone else. Now it’s December we went on line at 10:00 and made an appointment for 1:30. We get to the salon the same lady rudely tells us she is not accepting online appointments, We should have called or walked in. I expressed that it does not state on the web site and the last time we called in our appointment she gave it away. She rudely said I know there is only one me and I am very busy as she continues to perm an elderlys perm. She tells us again that she is completely booked with walk in and call in’s making it very clear that our appointment is void and doesn’t matter. The first time I thought maybe it was a mistake that’s okay it happens. Now this is the second time and she was more unprofessional than the last. We moved here November of 2019 and this salon was the only salon that had great customer service and cut mens hair exceptionally well. There was a wonderful younger gentleman and a sweet blonde who knew us as regulars. It’s now December of 2021 both employees are no longer there. Critical: ValueI took my 5 year old daughter here to get her bangs cut assuming it would be inexpensive. It was $15 just to get a bang trim! If I had known the cost before getting the trim done, I would have waited for my own hair stylist to have an appointment as she charges $20 to trim an entire child’s head of hair. I took my 5 year old daughter here to get her bangs cut assuming it would be inexpensive. It was $15 just to get a bang trim! If I had known the cost before getting the trim done, I would have waited for my own hair stylist to have an appointment as she charges $20 to trim an entire child’s head of hair. We went here because it used to be reasonably priced for simple things, but that is no longer the case.
