Rude. I went in 45 minutes before closing to get a haircut. There were 1-2 people waiting with 3 stylists there. They obviously had time to cut but didn’t want to work. I’ve been a client for years. This is how Heather treats people. God forbid you do someone a favor, Maybe even work 10-15 minutes over. I had an important meeting the next day. There was plenty of time to add me onto the list. Instead I got sent away.

Had a gift certificate to try out Cost Cutters. Made an appt ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to wait. Beautician did a nice job of tinting my hair and cutting my hair at an earlier appt. Coloring hair is still going to be pricey. $100, but that’s the going rate. Salon was clean and everyone was friendly. No reason not to go there so give it a try.
