Booked a reservation online for 5:30 pm, store hours listed as open until 6:00 pm. I’m from out of town and was hugely disappointed when I arrived five minutes early to find the salon closed with no employees. Did not have time to go to another salon so had to return home without a haircut. Would not recommend this business as it is not transparent towards customers.

However I got a phone call not even 30 minutes later from a nice lady apologizing and looking to reschedule my appointment. I walked in 5 minutes before my appointment to smiling faces who were excited to get started. I showed my inspiration photos and to work she went! She spend all the time she could making sure every detail was perfect, and I didn’t give her an easy job! Previous highlights, box dye at the tips, and dark hair. I think the only downside was my visit lasted roughly 5 hours to perfect a platinum blonde under halo(and I am convinced that the time it took was not her fault. It was my hair lol). But she matched my natural brown hair beautifuly and the blonde she pulled was beautiful. She’s still learning, but she does an amazing job. I’ll be back 😉 (oh and my stylist was Sarah!
