I and my mother in law booked the appointment at this salon together. Somehow they wanted to cancel only my appointment because according to Shelly, she was not feeling well. I totally understand it so I called back to them to reschedule it. She straights tells me if I wanted to get the appointment next week or Saturday. By the way I booked on Tuesday and supposed to receive the service on Wednesday. When I ask Shelby what is her next availability she mentioned 5 pm today.
