Stylist did not listened a word i said forced her opinion on me. Kept arguing with me about i did not tell her after she cut my hair in 2 min. Telling me about she is going to update my record for the next haircut. Hello, i am not taking second chances with her. I was there to get a haircut not get into an argument. Cut my hair in 2 minutes not how i wanted it and i asked her to thin my hair out she told me to wait until how long i wanted to grow!!! Ended up cutting my hair not the way i wanted. Asked her again to thin my hair out she did. I understand sport clips have a system where they can see customer’s previous haircut record. But, things change pay attention. It was not even that busy.

Worst experience ever I’ve been going to this location for about 4-5 years getting basically the same haircut for the last 2-3, always doing MVP. The last time I went they said they did not have my haircut details on file but luckily the stylist remembered me and did a great job at cutting as similar as possible and told me she would save it for next time. But then today I went in and got someone I’d never seen before and once again my haircut notes had been cleared so i walked out. This is not the way you treat your regular customers I don’t know if I’ll be going back here again.

We brought our 3.5 year old to get his haircut here, 2nd time for him. The 1st experience here was good, this time was a stylist named Emily. She was rude and not patient with him, considering he’s only 3.5 years old he sits really well at all his haircuts. The best way to describe her is that she was a b!%@&!.
