Horrible horrible for worst haircut they have ever given my kid. The first girl cut it uneven so we went back and the manager I asked if she could fix it she said yes I’ll fix it no problem. She ruined my daughters hair. She doesnt even want to leave the house… I now have to cut it similar to a pixie to try and salvage my baby’s hair. Don’t go here if you want a cute cut. I asked for long layers and this is what we got.

Serena absolutely butchered my hair, it was late so I had no other recourse but to insist she cut what she had done completely off! I walked out with an EXTREMELY SHORT REDO that was still so chopped up that because of the hour I went home and asked a family member (who has no hair styling knowledge) to attempt cleaning up the carnage remaining atop my head! I wasn’t allowed by Serena to view what she was doing to my hair while sitting in her chair! WAS THE WORST HAIRCUT I’ve ever seen on anyone in ALL OF MY LIFE-an absolute NIGHTMARE JOB. I checked the website. It showed it was open at 11 am. I arrived at noon and it’s not open. I’m told by several Walmart employees that she often times opens between noon and 1 pm. This is terribly inconvenient and with gas prices what they are, who wants to waste a trip like that?

Soooooo upset I could cry. Thank god these are extensions and not my real hair, however what a big fat waste of money. I came in with beautiful FULL long hair extensions. Need to even out the bottom tips and add a little bit of layers primarily to the back of my hair. Walked out with less than half of the hair I came in with. This doesn’t even look like a hair cut. I don’t remember gentleman’s name, just know he does colorful hair. He was nice, but sorry man this is a nightmare.

We scheduled an appointment for my grandma in store on Thursday to come in Friday at 4pm, tried to call Friday at 2pm to double check no one answered. Arrived at 3pm and the lights were on but it was locked up. Asked Walmart greeters nearby if they knew what was going on- they said the lady there leaves whenever she feels like it and sometimes never comes back. Sure enough we waited for 2 hours until 5pm constantly checking of they had returned and she never came back. My grandma had to pay 30 for our Ubers there and back and is on a budget, so I was very upset at how poor the service here was and how they took advantage of her and lied.

My husband went to get a haircut, we checked in and his wait time said 1 minute but waited 15 min no one showed. We went shopping and when we finished we went back and still no one.
