I made an appointment with the salon manager her and I had been texting mind you I had text her 10 minutes before I got there..I get their and she throws me off on another very nice stylist because she had jury duty? She didn’t know she had jury duty 10 minutes before. Wierd business. I will leave it there. I also understood theirs a new owner that lives in Dallas. So I guess that’s why the “manager ” gets away with that kind of behavior. I did let her know another day that she was a pathetic individual. I have screenshots of her messages. This place is DYNAMITE! I came here to see if a stylist could help fix my bangs after another salon butchered them and the lady who helped me was a miracle worker! I feel awful that I never asked for her name, but not only did she correct the issue I listed above, she also gave me an amazing blunt bob that looks and feels so GOD damn amazing! She was super sweet, genuinely friendly and so very, very patient to help me out the best she could. I am forever indebted to her and her sensational skills. I came in to get a wash, blow dry, and trim for my 2 daughters. One of my daughters had a great experience. Her stylist was great last time as well. The second, for my 9 year old, was horrible. I asked for a very small trim. It was CUT, not trimmed. The cut is also extremely uneven. This is upsetting because my daughter’s hair is long and thick. In order to fix it, it has to be cut again, which I did not allow the “stylist” to do. I was most upset about her nonchalant attitude and other smart remarks she made regarding a major mistake SHE made. I’m not sure if trimming is just not her speciality or if she is not familiar with ethnic hair. PLEASE make the clients aware before performing a service and blowing off the fact that you cut INCHES off my baby girl’s hair. To top it off, she just could not understand why I was upset about a disaster with my child’s hair. To be sure I wasn’t seeing things, I FaceTimed their dad, who was also upset with the result. I then sent a picture of her hair to multiple people and they were all in agreement with me. I was told not to return as if I picked up a chair and threw it across the room. No worries, I will NEVER be back. Our hair is our crown and one stylist completely disregarded that. Thank you for completely ruining my child’s hair
